How The Hub HQ handles your information when you book online. Last updated August 2026.
When you make a booking we collect the details you enter on the form: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the number and type of tickets, and any answers to booking questions such as dietary requirements. If you buy a gift certificate we also collect the recipient's name and your message.
We use these details only to take and manage your booking: to confirm it, email you your tickets or receipt, prepare for your visit (for example passing dietary notes to our kitchen), and contact you if something about your booking changes. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing unless you have separately asked us to.
Card payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe processes your payment on our behalf and holds the transaction record. You can read Stripe's privacy terms at stripe.com/au/privacy.
Confirmation and ticket emails are sent through our email provider (SMTP2GO). Your email address is used to deliver these messages and nothing else.
To stop automated abuse of the booking form we use Cloudflare Turnstile and a spam-filtering service. These check that a real person is submitting the form and may briefly process technical information such as your IP address for that purpose.
We keep booking records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and customer-service reasons, then remove them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner where we are not required by law to keep them.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, correct it, or request that we delete it. Just email us at admin@thehubhq.com.au.
